Kevin Gillespie (Graphic Artist) - In a large, oven-proof skillet, over medium heat, saute diced mushrooms in 1 tablespoon butter, about 4 minutes. In a medium bowl, stir to combine ground sirloin, bread crumbs, au jus mix, and sauteed mushrooms. Form into 4 burger patties. Melt remaining butter in skillet. Carefully place patties in skillet and cook 2 to 3 minutes, or until browned on 1 side. Flip patties. For cheeseburgers just put desired amount of cheese after final flip. Serve hot on toasted buns with desired condiments. You can find more of Kevin's illustrations and animated cartoons at www.rhcomics.com
Tazukie Fearon (Props Master) is a recent graduate from SUNY New Paltz, earning a BFA in performing arts with a minor in visual arts and not sleeping at night. His most recent endeavor was directing Reefer Madness, the Musical with the Paper Rain Laboratory Theatre, and he can safely say it was a hit. He is pleased as punch to be working on his first project after college life. For the last two years he worked as the assistant costume shop manager in New Paltz under Eleanor Wolfe. Past Prop Master positions include Stop Kiss and Woman and Wallace. In addition to his work behind the scenes he has performed in a number of shows, most recently as Larry in a production of Company. As a raging comic book junky, he is excited down to his Spider-Man boxers to be working on this project; also, he likes Slurpees from 7-11. A lot.
